We will accomplish this mission by providing effective and compassionateservices and through advocacy and leadership.What you will do:● Leverage technology: maximize the use of LinkedIn, job boards, social media,and our applicant tracking system to attract talent at all levels of the Agency.● Leverage your social networks and industry communities to build a strongpipeline of in-demand candidates.● Build relationships with hiring managers to improve the time to fill open positions.● Manage candidates through the recruitment cycle ensuring a positive experience.● Conduct telephone interviews with potential candidates.● Participate in New Hire Orientation creating a positive, welcoming experience fornew hires.What you will bring:● BA preferred● 1-2 years of recruiting talent in a professional services environment● Strong background in compiling and analyzing market research● Experience using an ATS a plus● Strong knowledge of social media (Twitter, Linkedln, Facebook, etc.) is essential● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment● Excellent written and verbal communication skills● Highly proficient with Microsoft Office and Google docs with the ability to createflyers, brochures, etc.
