Position Description Administrative Assistant II (part-time) Location MA: Boston Job Family Administrative / Clerical Support Apply Now Job Brief The part-time Front Desk Receptionist/Assistant will be responsible for greeting all visitors, maintaining the visitors log, managing all calls to Corporate Headquarters, managing all access cards (employee/visitor), shipping/tracking all mail, etc. About The Position: We are currently seeking a dynamic & energetic, part-time Front Desk Receptionist/Assistant to join our team at our Corporate Headquarters in Boston, MA. He/she will be the first face that our visitors will see, so an ideal candidate will possess a positive, friendly, can-do attitude. The Front Desk Receptionist/Assistant will be responsible for greeting all visitors, maintaining the visitors log, managing all calls to Corporate Headquarters, managing all access cards (employee/visitor), shipping/tracking all mail, placing all food orders, maintaining organization of all tracking systems, & ensuring the daily operations of the front desk. Position Responsibilities: * Responsible for answering and routing all calls * Welcomes all guests and maintains the daily visitor/security log * Assists guests, providers, members, and employees with general information * Works closely with the Office Coordinator to manage the front desk, to order office supplies & equipment, to place catering orders, and to place work orders for miscellaneous office maintenance * Maintains an accurate log for guest badges and distribution of ID badges for new hires * Manages & organizes the reception area & surrounding areas by maintaining a professional atmosphere at all times * Works closely with the Office Coordinator & Executive Assistants to make sure there is always coverage for the front desk * Responsible for the shipment of all external & inter-office mail * Maintaining the overall office organization & appearance * Other tasks, as assigned by their manager Position Requirements: * Education: High School Diploma/GED Required, College Degree Preferred Relevant Work Experience: * 2 years of customer service experience or related field Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: * Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong command of the English language * Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required * Excellent customer service skills & a willingness to always be helpful * Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite * Must be proficient in different mail delivery systems * Proven time management and task prioritization skills; able to handle multiple tasks at once Ability to stay cool & calm under pressure To Apply: Click below on Apply for this Position to create a profile and apply for the position Beacon Health Options is proud to be an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer as well as a Drug Free and Tobacco Free Work Environment.
