Are you a licensed clinician with strong leadership skills and a passion for co-occurring care? Join Riverside Community Care as a Clinical Program Manager within our Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) in Milford!
This is a dynamic leadership role at the forefront of Massachusetts’ CBHC initiative, providing rapid access and comprehensive behavioral health services for adults, youth, and families. You’ll guide a skilled team of clinicians supporting individuals with complex mental health and substance use needs—helping transform how care is delivered in the community.

Pay Rate: $79,567.48 to $84,872.11/salaried depending on experience!

Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
Intermediate computer fluency, including Microsoft Office
Valid Driver’s License and regular access to a reliable vehicle
