We are currently hiring a bilingual (English/Spanish) Staffing & Scheduling Coordinator to help lead our growing caregiving team. In this role, you'll be the bridge between caregivers, clients, and leadership—ensuring seamless care delivery and compassionate service every step of the way.

Recruitment & Staffing: Source, hire, and onboard skilled caregivers to meet client needs
Training & Mentorship: Lead orientation, hands-on training, and ongoing development for the care team
Scheduling & Matching: Align caregiver strengths with client needs and ensure consistent staffing coverage
Client Onboarding & Coordination: Assist with creating care plans and building strong family relationships (licensed nurses may write care plans)
Performance Management: Conduct reviews, provide feedback, and support caregiver success
Client & Family Communication: Respond to concerns and requests with empathy and professionalism
Direct Client Support (as needed): Step in to provide personal care or companionship when staffing gaps occur
Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with caregivers and leadership to ensure quality and continuity of care
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
Hands-on caregiving or CNA experience (required)
Experience in staff coordination, healthcare, or in-home care management
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Compassionate, solution-oriented mindset
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass background checks
Monday–Friday (daytime hours)
Rotating on-call coverage (evenings/weekends as needed)
Local travel to client homes
Salary: $35,000–$42,000/year, depending on experience
