    The BILL REVIEW PRODUCTION ANALYST is responsible for reviewing and reducing medical bills per the appropriate state workers' compensation guidelines.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Communicate with customers and/or providers both verbally and in writing as needed
    • Meet guidelines of performance and turnaround time for each client
    • Maintain an accuracy rate of 97%
    • Work with Team Leads on reporting IT related issues to our Equian Help Desk
    • Process daily quota of bills as assigned by Team Lead and/or Production Manager
    • Answer emails and calls from clients, providers and staff regarding your accounts

  • Qualifications
    • High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience
    • 2+ years of experience in medical billing or coding

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATION:

    • A recognized certification in facility and/or professional medical billing, such as CPT, ICD and revenue codes
    • Strong data entry skills
    • Strong decision-making skills
