JUNIOR INVESTMENT ANALYST 

This role reports directly to the Bungalo acquisitions lead and is responsible for firsthand experience as a buy-side analyst of a small fund at the forefront of a new industry. The candidate preferably has a finance/Accounting/Real Estate background with 3+ years of experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze income, expenses, rent roll, repairs and other due diligence material relating to Single-family real estate
• Updating and maintaining Excel-based financial models, including converting PDF and other document forms to excel
• Assist in creating/preparing financial models (requires heavy excel knowledge)
• Monitor real estate market trends and assist in preparing market analysis

REQUIREMENTS:

• 4 year college degree, in a business-related field
• 1-2 years' experience in related field
• Strong Excel skills
• Real estate underwriting experience a plus
• Exceptional analytical and organizational skills. Able to analyze, evaluate and move quickly to support rapid decision making
• Great written and oral communication skills
• Hard work ethic
