    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Assist in developing documentation including; detailed analysis, error tracking, policies and procedures and routine management and executive summaries
    • Analyze financial reporting providing trend, root cause and variance analysis; interpret and explain results
    • Support projects with financial reporting impacts as a Subject Matter Expert including; requirements analysis, writing and execution of test cases and modification of business processes
    • Support the integration of financial systems for new acquisitions and some project/process improvement
    • Support process improvements including developing innovative approaches for increased efficiency and effectiveness
    • Analyze claims and membership data and apply general ledger attributes to support accurate financial and regulatory reporting

  • Qualifications

    Required Qualifications:

    • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration or another related field from an accredited college/university. Junior class level preferred
    • Intermediate level of proficiency with PC based software programs and automated database management systems required (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
    • Excellent communication, time/project management, problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills
    • Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college/university during the duration of the internship. Internships are not intended for graduating seniors.
    • Minimum 3.00 cumulative GPA
    • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization (F-1 students with practical training and candidates requiring H-1Bs, TNs, etc. will not be considered)
