We're seeking a dynamic Home Care Consultant who is both goal-oriented and passionate about improving the lives of seniors. In this key role, you'll connect families to essential care resources, expand our community presence, and help establish our agency as a trusted leader in senior home care.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement outreach strategies to generate new client referrals

• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, senior centers, and local organizations

• Represent Caring Senior Service at community events, networking groups, and health fairs

• Accurately track outreach activity, client inquiries, and follow-ups in our system

• Collaborate with office staff and caregivers to ensure a seamless client experience—from first contact through ongoing care

• Consistently meet or exceed monthly referral and growth targets

✅ What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated success in community outreach, business development, or sales
  (experience in home care, healthcare, or senior services strongly preferred)

• Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills

• Knowledge of home care services, aging-related issues, or medical terminology is a plus

• A compassionate, professional, and self-motivated team player

• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and willingness to travel within the service area

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $45,000–$52,000 annually (based on experience)
