At Caring Senior Service of Georgetown , we help seniors maintain their independence and dignity by delivering compassionate, non-medical care at home. As a new and growing agency, we're looking for a Home Care Consultant to help us connect with families, expand our outreach, and position our agency as a trusted partner in senior care.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and execute outreach and sales strategies to generate qualified client referrals

• Build strong, lasting relationships with healthcare providers, discharge planners, senior centers, and community partners

• Represent our agency at health fairs, events, and networking opportunities

• Maintain organized records of outreach activity and client communications

• Meet or exceed monthly outreach and referral goals

• Collaborate with caregivers and office staff to ensure smooth onboarding and high-quality client care

✅ What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in community outreach, sales, or marketing—preferably in home care, healthcare, or senior services

• Familiarity with home care practices, medical terminology, or senior care regulations (a plus)

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills

• A compassionate, mission-aligned mindset and drive to help others

• Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record

• Willingness to travel regularly across Georgetown, Killeen, Belton, and Temple
