    As our Business Development & Community Outreach Specialist, you'll be the face of Caring Senior Service in the Kansas City community. You'll build trusted relationships, educate partners about aging in place, and turn connections into long-term care solutions that truly change lives.

    What You'll Do

    • Build and grow referral relationships through networking, outreach, and community engagement

    • Educate partners and families on in-home care and Caring Senior Service's unique GreatCare® approach

    • Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing

    • Partner with hospitals, physician offices, senior communities, veteran organizations, and local resources

    • Represent Caring Senior Service at community events and professional meetings

    • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals

    • Track activity accurately in CRM systems

    • Collaborate with the local office team to ensure exceptional client experiences

    • Proven success in sales, business development, or relationship-based roles

    • Healthcare, senior care, or home care experience strongly preferred

    • Confident communicator and natural relationship-builder

    • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field

    • Goal-driven with a heart for service

    • Familiarity with the Kansas City senior services market is a plus

    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
