    The Corporate Benefits Summer Intern will support the design and management of employee benefit plans and programs. The position will support retirement and health and welfare program design and management, both in the US and Internationally. 

    Responsibilities:

    • Research on retirement plan and social security systems outside the US
    • Support development of reporting and presentation materials for global retirement plan designs
    • Support development of reporting and presentation materials for the cost of all Johnson & Johnson benefit programs globally
    • Support development and refinement of benefit summaries utilized in the acquisition and divestiture process
    • Support financial renewal process for international health and welfare benefit renewals
    • Support transfer of Multi Country Transfer pension administration transfer from Corporate Benefits function to the Global Services function
    • Other duties as assigned.
  • Qualifications
    • Strong quantitative, analytical, problem-solving and conceptual skills are required.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
    • The ability work independently is critical given the remote working arrangement during the COVID 19 restrictions 
    • Affiliation with the Quinnipiac University Program
    • Proficiency with MS Excel required.
    • Proficiency MS Office (Word, Outlook and PowerPoint) preferred.
