    JOB DESCRIPTION DETAILS

    The CSS Associate Financial Analyst will be responsible for preparing financial analysis, identifying solutions and opportunities for the business, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to ensure financial decisions are aligned with the business strategy. The associate financial analyst will be expected to influence business partners with fact based financial data, assist in the development of financial business plans and provide insight through budget versus actual analysis.

    MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Actuals and Financial Close Support

    • Forecast/Business Planning

    • Financial Planning & Analysis

    • Process Improvements

    • Ensure compliance with Sarbanes Oxley and GAAP requirements.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • A Bachelor’s or Five-Year Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics or related business degree attained between September 2022 – August 2023 is required

    • Authorized to work permanently in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future

    • Experience in finance or related internship or co-op is preferred

    • Proven leadership skills, business insight, and technical skills

    • Highly effective communicator with extraordinary oral, written, and presentation skills

    • Advanced analytics and analytical skills

    • Willingness and ability to learn in a dynamic environment

    • A passion for innovation and teamwork
