    We are searching for the best talent for CSV Engineer - Fall 2026 Co-Op.

    Purpose:

    Our J&J Engineer Co-op Program is comprehensive learning and professional experience in the technology and technology space at one of the world’s leading health care companies. Your application and area of interest will be used to determine which one of our many exciting positions best fits you. Co-op positions are full-time opportunities expecting to last 6 months (January 12th, 2026 – June 26th, 2026). Your position may involve a range of engineering and technology assignments.

    Position Summary:

    The Global Engineering organization operates as an integrated team in the delivery of Engineering, Maintenance and Execution Systems solutions. We operate in a standard, coordinated and consistent manner in support of the current and future requirements of our Manufacturing and Manufacturing Science and Technology (MSAT) and in partnership with key internal/external network.

    The CSV Engineer CoOp reports to the CSV Automation Lead and is responsible for supporting all GxP-Regulated Computerized Systems at all applicable points of the computerized system lifecycle, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, Computer Systems Validation (CSV) and Lifecycle procedures with Data Integrity requirements.

    For consideration in the Fall 2026 Co-op program, you must meet the following qualifications:

    • Be enrolled in an accredited college/university during the Co-op session.
    • Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, Biochemistry, or a related technical field. Preferred fields include Information Management, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering / Development, Data Science, Cybersecurity.
    • For co-ops, availability to work full-time (40 hours/week) during the Co-op session.
    • A minimum GPA of 3.0 is strongly preferred.
    • Demonstrated leadership and/or participation in campus programs and/or community service activities are desired.
    • A high level of organization and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
    • Be comfortable working independently, as well as on a team.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Power Point, and have strong oral and written communication skills.
    • Legal authorization to work in the United States and not require future sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g. H1-B status) now or in the future.
    • Ability to provide their own transportation to this work location. A stipend will be offered to students who meet the commuting distance eligibility requirements.

    Most assignments will include but are not limited to the following responsibilities:

    • Work within specialized groups in the J&J Technology organization to build solutions for business partners and drive value.
    • Contribute individually and/or as a team member to support a designated technology area.
    • Work with key stakeholders to accomplish goals and objectives to support the J&J Technology project/program portfolio.
    • Build awareness and experience of key capability skills in support of the J&J Technology Strategy.
    • Conduct data and process analysis to support development of key solutions.
