The Ambulatory Clinical Supervisor serves as a professional nurse leader in coordinating the daily operation of multiple clinic areas. They actively participate in departmental quality assessment and performance improvement programs, budgetary monitoring, staffing and the patient satisfaction/customer service activities. The position ensures provision of quality care in the clinics.

Applicants are required to have a Baccalaureate in Nursing or a Graduate degree in Nursing. 

 Minimum of three (3) years of experience in area of specialty preferred, with a minimum of one year of management experience required.

 Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.

 Outgoing person with high service orientation.

 Sound judgment, sufficient to ensure the integrity of operations and to provide exemplary leadership in the development of teamwork among staff.

 Missouri nursing license as a registered professional nurse.

 Maintains current BCLS
