Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
The Associate Analyst serves within Practice Support as an advisor/liaison to association members related to regulatory compliance and human resources inquiries. Responsible for the development, education and response to member inquiries for practice related resources for individual and group dental practices who are CDA members.

Consultation
Provides consultation to member dentists regarding support and/or development of a dental practice in the areas of employment issues and regulatory compliance.
Offers best practices including operational efficiencies, HR compliance, and regulatory compliance. . Advice is offered via telephone, email, website (resources, blogs, bulletin board, etc.) and in person.
Provides outstanding member support to ensure consistency with CDA standards of excellence and to enhance perceived member value of PS programs/services.
Actively engages in professional personal development; brings enthusiasm, passion and energy to the position.
Trend Analysis
- In collaboration with the Director, Practice Support & Policy and the team of analysts, identifies upcoming trends and emerging issues for development of member education/informational materials.
- Reviews, analyzes, and provides recommendations and solutions for member educational materials and trainings based on monthly data of member calls and contacts.
Education
Assist in the development and delivery of educational offerings.
NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Attend staff meetings, training, and other meetings as requested.
- Performs other duties as assigned
REQUIRED EDUCATION, LICENSES & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in related field with 3+ years of dental office, health regulatory or human resource experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferred.
- Minimum of three years in a proven customer facing role.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with staff and external parties as necessary to accomplish job responsibilities.
