Job Summary This position is responsible for day-to-day planning and maintenance of the childcare program. Works with the Childcare Sitter Leader and Member Services Coordinator to develop all special programming for childcare services. Ensures that proper accreditation programs, safety procedures, and stimuli for babies and children are present. Overall program delivery and communication to the members regarding the program are responsibilities of this position. Responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to members in order to ensure retention. Job Qualifications Education and Formal Training: High school diploma with certification in basic life support and first aid. Must be BCLS certified with in the first 90 days of employment. Work Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in working with children in a monitored setting preferred. This is a temporary position for summer hours.
