We're looking for experienced IT Helpdesk Support. We are looking for someone who cares deeply about customer service, someone who will help ensure that our internal IT team provides the same level of exceptional service for staff IT needs as our medical team provides for Carbon Health patients. The IT Helpdesk Support II will help establish standards, develop workflow processes, and ensure that all Carbon Health internal customers are supported by an exceptional team that can solve all of their IT problems. If you're efficient, detail-oriented, and excel at prioritization, this role is perfect for you, as you help drive our company compliance goals. We're looking for extroverted introverts; someone who is also a great communicator: ensuring all documentation and team communication raises the bar!

You will lead aspects of provisioning, employee lifecycle and access management, network and telephony (including meeting and presentation management), and system security.

Your typical day will be filled with managing internal-facing systems, internal and external services, and IT related vendors. You will be part of a team that ensures all IT requests are accurately and quickly triaged. You will help build our internal IT knowledge base, and you will develop innovative ways to better the IT experience for our employees as we rapidly grow.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Lead providing solutions for day-to-day IT needs.
    • Support our geographically diverse North American workforce.
    • Provide proposals for scaling our ability to support for a rapidly growing headcount.
    • Productize automating the delivery and support of IT services: including networking and telephony, remote device management, single-sign on, AV, and the enforcement of security and compliance standards.
    • Manage staff needs and 3rd party vendors associated with providing IT help and services to internal customers by identifying, prioritizing, and confirming resolution of reported problems experienced with any and all IT services.
    • Drive constant improvement with service and vendor management, metrics, self-service solutions, and by utilizing other request reduction approaches.
    • Coordinate with vendors and with company personnel in order to facilitate purchases for  new offices and clinics, while optimizing for expenses and economies of scale.
    • Keep our knowledge base up-to-date and provide training when needed.
    • Identify ways to streamline common processes and ensure we maximize value within the IT function.
    • Maintain asset inventory, software purchases, and software and service licenses.

    ABOUT YOU

    • You have great people skills and are driven to help: solving people's problems and improving the quality of their day.
    • Experience deploying and managing systems such as GSuite, Jamf, Meraki, and other SaaS applications.
    • You have the ability to learn quickly and you are comfortable evolving in a dynamic environment.
    • You are experienced with assisting remote teams consisting of employees, partners, and vendors.
    • You have been in a primary role within an IT organization.
    • You have excellent communication and customer service skills – you work well with people and can put a frustrated user at ease.
    • You have exceptional attention to detail, and exemplary ticketing/logging/documentation habits.
    • On-site hybrid support will be required, currently remote.
