You will:

Coordinate caregiver schedules with accuracy and urgency

Maintain real‑time updates as needs shift throughout the day

Communicate clearly with caregivers, families, and leadership

Support recruiting, onboarding, and new‑hire integration

Build strong relationships with the care team

Help nearby offices when volume spikes

Keep operations smooth, predictable, and mission‑aligned

This is a hands‑on coordination role — active, engaged, and people‑focused.

💰 Compensation & Benefits

$14.50 – $16.00/hour based on experience

18+ years old

Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation

Monday–Friday availability (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)

Comfortable commuting to the Scranton office

Strong organizational skills

Dependability and follow‑through

A willingness to learn, adapt, and grow

Scheduling or staffing experience is helpful, but not required
