    OVERVIEW & JOB SUMMARY The Caregiver Ambassador reports to the Director and is primarily responsible for the ongoing retention efforts of new and existing caregiving staff. In addition, ongoing and frequent contact with Caregivers, driving positive interaction consistently throughout every Caregivers’ employment experience. From Orientation and throughout their employment, the Caregiver Ambassador will be the proverbial “Ambassador of Fun!” The Ambassador of Fun will play a critical and integral role in walking out the company’s efforts to uphold the Mission Statement of Cassiel, Inc. DBA Visiting Angels, which states, “We provide a profoundly remarkable experience”.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Orientation • Initiate organization retention efforts • Create presence of fun and positive impact to motivate and kick off Orientation • Engagement with each Caregiver candidate • Collect favorite things information (drinks, snacks, hobbies, color, etc…) from Caregivers

    Daily

    Delivery of Caregiver birthday cards & gifts as they occur

    Monthly obligation planning and execution

    Interaction & encouragement to potential Caregiver applicants whenever possible

    Monthly

    Initiate contests with the Caregivers as an engagement piece (Client involvement)

    Post a schedule of Caregiver interest and support classes, etc…

    Deliver monthly Angel Baskets to selected Caregivers

    Lead planning for monthly Caregiver meetings and/or quarterly event gatherings

    Non obligatory phone check-in with at least 50% of Caregivers

    Annually

    Participate in coordination and staff involvement with Annual Caregiver celebration

    Lead coordination and staff involvement with Annual holiday and other staff events

    Integral part of all event planning and executions as needed

    Administrative

    Update Caregiver records to reflect “Caregiver Favorites” for ongoing staff usage

    Maintain tracking of Caregiver gifts to ensure fair distribution and inclusion

    Create and post information to Caregiver group such as ‘Tips of the Trade’ ‘Grief’ ‘Events’

    Track Caregiver ‘We Prayed for You’ to insure all Caregivers are prayed for and receive a card at a minimum of annually
