    • Bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting assistance
    • Mobility and transfers
    • Companionship and social engagement
    • Meal preparation and light housekeeping
    • Medication reminders
    • Transportation and errands when needed
    • Fall-prevention and safety assistance
    • Dementia and memory-care support
    • Assistance with hospice clients and vigil/bedside care
    • Following each client's individualized service plan
    • Completing required progress notes after each shift
    • Communicating changes in the client's condition to the office
