Provide compassionate dementia and memory care support.
Assist with safe transfers using mobility equipment like Hoyer lifts.
Transport clients to local outings and appointments.
Keep health records updated using our simple electronic system.
Experience in home care, assisted living, or long-term care settings.
Strong communication skills and a heart for service.
Ability to handle physical tasks like lifting and transferring safely.
Valid driver's license.
