We are seeking compassionate caregivers and CNAs who speak Apache, Navajo, Hopi, or O'odham to support seniors who feel most comfortable communicating in their native language. Your ability to speak their language does more than help with care—it builds trust, eases fear, and brings comfort in moments when it matters most.

What You'll Do

• Provide compassionate personal care and mobility assistance

• Offer companionship and meaningful conversation in the client's preferred language

• Support meals, hydration, and light housekeeping

• Assist with daily routines, safety monitoring, and medication reminders

• Help with errands, transportation, and appointments as needed

What We Offer

• All Shifts Available – Day, evening, overnight, full-time, part-time, or PRN

• Competitive Pay: $16–$20 per hour (based on experience and shift type)

What We're Looking For

• Caregivers or CNAs with a heart for serving seniors

• Fluency in Apache, Navajo, Hopi, or O'odham

• Reliability, compassion, and professionalism

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to pass a background check
