Job Summary

****The Registered Nurse develops the Individual Service Plan of Care for our clients, teaches caregivers/CNAs how to properly and safely care for aging adults and supervises care.

Duties include:

• Consult with clients and families to asses needs
• Establish recommendation for and create care plans
• Educate patients and their families on managing medical conditions and maintaining a healthy lifestyle
• Conduct caregiver skills evaluation and training
• Conduct caregiver orientation to Client
• Perform regular supervisory visits

Pay:

• Set fee schedule for assessment, re-assessments, supervisory visits, etc
• Paid mileage

• ****Willingness to travel in Onslow and/or Pender county

****Qualifications:

• Current license in good standing as a Registered Nurse by the North Carolina Board of Nursing

• Strong organizational skills and customer service oriented
