IMMEDIATE HIRE - CLIENT INTAKE/RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST (ENTRY LEVEL)

WE ARE SEEKING A CLIENT INTAKE/RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST THAT HAS A PASSION FOR HELPING THE ELDERLY POPULATION REMAIN SAFELY AT HOME.

This person will be responsible for taking inbound new client calls for multiple offices. This will require that you provide callers with information and expert advice on our services and pricing; with emphasis on providing an excellent caller experience.

In addition we are looking for an individual to monitor and adjust employment advertisements and identify well qualified candidates in our Recruitment Center. This individual must to have the ability to connect with potential candidates, and conduct initial phone screens.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES :

• Answer phones professionally and courteously
• Answer phones timely
• Develop rapport with caller
• Discover challenges and concerns caller has for client's ability to remain safe at home
• Design a potential care solution for the caller
• Schedule consultations with caller and local office
• Send confirmation emails/letters to caller and local office
• Online chat communication
• Perform follow up calls and send follow up communications
• Reporting to supervisors
• A positive, courteous and professional manner will be maintained at all times

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

*Must have great verbal and written communication skills.

*Basic knowledge of medical terminology.

*Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and computers in general.

*Bilingual preferred but not required.
