PURPOSE OF POSITION

The purpose of the position is to implement the local referral relationship strategy through ongoing engagement in the local community.

** SCOPE**

The Home Care Consultant reports to the Agency Director and is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with referral sources and making referral calls which will lead to admissions for the local office.

** KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES**

The incumbent must have a proficient knowledge in the industry, as well as sales and marketing principles. The incumbent must demonstrate the ability to provide outstanding customer service, presentation skills, negotiation skills, ability to adapt to change, time management, and ability to learn multiple software technologies. The incumbent must be trustworthy and honest, demonstrate professionalism, cultural awareness and sensitivity, be respectful, and good customer service.

Pay based on experience.
