PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate with insurance carriers to reconcile/resolve any issues
• Analyzing and reconciling cash posting entries
• Familiar with explanation of benefits
• Maintain Compliance and HIPAA standards at all times
• Meet or exceed daily production standards
• Meet or exceed daily quality standards
• Perform other duties and functions as assigned
• Process insurance, client and patient refunds
• Process adjustments and credit balances
• Evaluate and respond to all emails request for any deposit issues in order to resolve in a timely matter

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
• 1+ year experience working within a professional setting doing high volume data entry
• Ability to navigate the internet for researching purposes
• Ability to work 7am - 3:30pm or 8am - 4:30pm local time Monday - Friday, and overtime as needed based on department needs

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Banking or Medical Billing experience
• Ability to create and modify spreadsheets within Microsoft Excel
