    Corporate Recruitment and Sourcing Specialist - Human Resources (CH) Department: Human Resources Schedule: Temporary Full Time Shift: Days Hours: 9a-5p, variable days Pay Period: 75 Job Grade: E07 Union Job: No Job Details: * Corporate Recruitment and Sourcing Specialist Human Resources (Catholic Health): The Corporate Recruitment and Sourcing Specialist is responsible for managing the recruitment sourcing and application processes, by seeking out and passing on qualified job applicants who meet the established qualifications of the job position to the appropriate CH Recruiter in a timely manner. It is the Corporate Recruitment & Sourcing Specialist's role to keep an applicant pool proactively stocked with qualified jobseekers in order to minimize the time required to provide qualified candidates to CH Recruiters for further screening and interviewing. Additionally, the Corporate Recruitment & Sourcing Specialist will manage the re-entry of qualified job applicants that are not hired to the active applicant pool for matching with other CH job requisitions. Ensuring continued process improvement and the sharing of best practices is also a responsibility of this position. REPORTS TO: Manager, Talent Acquisition SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None SKILL AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS (MINIMUM): Educational Requirements · BS in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant related field is required · PHR Certification is preferred Required Work Experience · A minimum three (3) years relevant work experience in Recruitment, Applicant Sourcing, Human Resources, or related field, preferably in a healthcare environment Knowledge, Skill and Ability · Excellent knowledge of NYS and Federal employment law and regulations · Solid computer skills utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint software applications · Excellent written and verbal interpersonal communication skills · Ability to regularly demonstrate the following work related attributes: a.
