Job Duties Joining CCC as a Jumpstart City Scholar Intern, you will work with cross-functional teams in an agile environment and contribute to building cutting-edge software for a leading SaaS company. You will work on a variety of projects depending on your team: * Computer Vision * Data Science * Data Classification * Photo Analytics * Machine Learning * ETL * Hyper Scale Performance Platforms * Mobile Application and SDK development (iOS and Android) There are five teams at CCC that are looking for interns: Architecture/Research and Development, Data Science, DevOps, and Product Development. All internship opportunities are paid and are either full-time in the summer or part-time during the semester. As a City Scholar, youll work 20 hours each week as a paid intern at one of Chicagos best companies. Youll take courses toward graduation online and on location. And youll connect directly with executives, experts, and civic leaders who make the city thrive. * Part-time, paid internship * Exclusive events, seminars, and programs with C-suite executives, company founders and civic leaders * Take classes with Engineering at Illinois faculty online and in-person Qualifications Bachelors, Masters, and PhD students are eligible for the Jumpstart program. If you have knowledge, through coursework or project work, of Java/Python programming, this opportunity is right for you; Tensorflow, Hadoop, Spark, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge is also preferred.
