    Recruiting and Onboarding Associate Requisition # 18000722 Summary of Essential Job Duties The Recruiting and Onboarding Associate is responsible for activities supporting the recruitment process as well as the processing and onboarding of new hires, promotions and transfers for the organization. Delivers excellent customer service to employees at all levels of the organization and multitask to execute a variety of administrative tasks within the technical platforms utilized by the organization and/or department. Coordinate and support the candidate selection process. This includes, but not limited to interview scheduling for key stakeholders, interfacing with candidates and department staff as well as, monitoring progression of the candidate interview process to ensure a positive experience for candidates, new hires and clients. Coordinate the offer acceptance process to ensure transitions and onboarding. Facilitate and monitor the background check, drug screening and all other onboarding processes are brought to completion to ensure successful recruitment processing. Collect and/or ensure that all new hire and recruitment documentation has been received, completed accurately and is timely. Responsible for assisting Recruitment with managing job postings and job requisitions. This includes, providing support in the creation, auditing and assignment of job requisitions. Ensure sensitive information remains confidential and protect personal information when processing recruitment transactions and addressing employee, candidate or new hire inquiries, in line with the organizations data privacy requirements. Ensure compliance with departmental practices, applicable local, state and federal laws and regulations. Administer, assign and monitor candidate assessments, if applicable. Educational Requirement Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Management, Business or similar field preferred Experience 2 years of experience in an administrative role with in Human Resources or Recruiting (required) Experience working in a HR service center or call center (preferred) Demonstrated customer service skills Working in a customer centric environment where customer satisfaction is a key measure of performance Verbal communication and listening skills Ability to communicate effectively verbally Demonstrated written communication skills Ability to communicate effectively in writing Strong Computer Skills - Including but not limited to, Microsoft Office, Lawson/Oracle HCM, and customer care technologies Demonstrated skill at absorbing and detailing situations with a great deal of relevant detail Ability to learn and become proficient on new programs and tools very quickly Ability to manage multiple priorities, think tactically as well as strategically.
