    Child Access Supervisor - Relief - Bilingual Preferred

    This is a wonderful opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a social service setting while making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families.

    In this role, you will observe and document visits between children and their non-custodial parents, helping to ensure a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment. Visits may occur for families experiencing challenges such as domestic violence, substance use, extended separation, or abuse and neglect.

    As part of a caring and collaborative team, you will:

    • Maintain a safe and friendly visitation environment for all participants and support positive interactions between children and parents during visits.

    • Facilitate and document parent-child interactions

    • Intervene or redirect interactions if needed

    • Ensure the child’s physical and emotional well-being during each visit

    Schedule: Relief

    Pay Range: $18.04/hourly

    • Seeking Bilingual Spanish/English speakers offering a $0.96 language differential

    Required Skills

    • common sense and maturity
    • be able to effectively set limits with others
    • valid driver’s license and regular access to a reliable vehicle

    Must be able to safely supervise children and to carry out the routine tasks and physical activity required to keep up with children and their parents.

    Required Experience

    • High School Diploma or equivalent required
    • Must have some experience with children and families
    • Experience with victims of domestic violence a plus
    • Valid driver’s license and regular access to a reliable vehicle
    • Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
