Location: Dallas, TX Job Type: Part-Time Pay: $13–$15 per hour plus up to $400 Commission for Every Successful Enrollment Schedule: 25–30 hours per week, Monday–Friday Typical Schedule: Varies, with occasional flexibility for evening or Saturday tours, open houses, and special events.

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and motivated Enrollment & Family Engagement Specialist to help our center grow by connecting families with our school and guiding prospective families through the enrollment process.

Position Overview

The Enrollment & Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating and converting enrollment opportunities while providing an exceptional experience for prospective families.

This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys sales, relationship building, communication, and working with families and children.

You will be a key part of our growth by responding to inquiries, scheduling and conducting tours, following up with prospective families, and helping families understand why The Learning Experience is the right place for their child.

Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to new parent inquiries through phone, text, email, and other channels.

Follow up consistently with prospective families throughout the enrollment process.

Schedule and conduct center tours and provide a warm, welcoming experience.

Clearly communicate our curriculum, programs, classrooms, schedule, tuition, and enrollment process.

Build genuine relationships with prospective families and understand their childcare needs.

Follow up with families after tours and address questions or concerns.

Maintain accurate records of leads, tours, follow-ups, and enrollment activity.

Re-engage previous leads and families who previously expressed interest.

Work closely with the Center Director to achieve enrollment goals.

Participate in open houses, community events, family events, and local outreach activities.

Develop relationships with local businesses, community organizations, and family-focused organizations to increase awareness of the center.

Encourage referrals from current families and help strengthen our relationship with the local community.

Represent The Learning Experience professionally and positively at all times.

Support other center activities as needed.

What We're Looking For

A person who is energetic, personable, persistent, and genuinely enjoys helping families

Previous experience in sales, customer service, admissions, enrollment, childcare, education, or hospitality is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Warm, friendly, and approachable personality.

Comfortable speaking with parents and confidently presenting our programs.

Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

Comfortable making phone calls and communicating through text and email.

Ability to build relationships and earn the trust of families.

Positive attitude and professional appearance.

Ability to work independently while collaborating with the Center Director and teaching team.

Experience working with children or in an early childhood setting is a plus, but not required.

Performance-Based Compensation

Our Enrollment Specialists earn a commission equal to one week of tuition for each new child they successfully enroll.

Because tuition varies by program and age, the commission will typically be approximately $250–$400+ per enrollment.

The more families you help enroll and start, the more you earn!

Commission is earned for successful new enrollments in accordance with the center's enrollment commission policy.
