We are growing our HR team at our corporate office. Our Human Resources Coordinator will provide HR support to our schools. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources preferred - Minimum of two(2) years of HR experience required - Experience using ADP payroll and HRIS system. - Strong attention to detail - Ability to communicate/interact with all levels of employees in a professional manner - Perform tasks with a high level of confidentiality - Experience in a fast paced environment Responsibilities - Maintaining Human Resources records and databases, employee files, working to keep records accurate and up to date - Data entry into the HR system for transfers, taxes, leaves of absence, etc. - Assist management personnel with access issues and processing procedures - Assist with employee benefits, including enrollments, changes, team member questions, payment reconciliations and new hire documentation. - Coordinates and performs weekly payroll tasks, including compiling and verifying entries of new hire data into HRIS system, creating and disseminating reports - Communicates regularly with school managers to answer questions and provide information, complete paperwork, etc. - Assist in development and implementation of HR objectives, policies and procedures - Performs other duties to support HR and Payroll Dept as assigned by department manager Options Apply for this job online Apply Share Email this job to a friend Refer Sorry the Share function is not working properly at this moment.
