    Job Description

    As an Engagement Manager, you play a critical role in getting our customers set up and transacting on the Classy platform, ensuring our customers see a positive return on their investment in Classy.

    As a member of the Professional Services team, you will play a pivotal role in the initial account configuration, training, and delivery of implementation services.  As the initial touch point in a customer's experience after purchasing Classy, you will be a critical player in driving short- and long-term customer success, helping each customer fully realize the opportunities that Classy brings to their organization. 

    To be successful in this role, the Engagement Manager will work across a matrixed environment, including Sales, Customer Success, and Operations, bringing customer objectives to fruition through cross-departmental collaboration and communication. 

    The ideal candidate is experienced in SaaS or consulting, has a passion for helping customers, and has an outstanding aptitude for applying technology to achieve results. 

    WHAT YOU'LL DO:

    • Serve as a Classy platform expert training customers with varying levels of sophistication and technical ability.
    • Understand the goals & objectives of new customers and solve for through the implementation process and beyond.
    • Work closely with clients and their tech teams to fully integrate Classy.
    • Guide clients through the activation, configuration, and product training modules. 
    • Train clients in platform basics and provide progressive guidance throughout the implementation process.
    • Develop and communicate short and long-term business objectives to a cross-functional team.
    • Track and maintain accurate client records, and ensure clients hit key activation and implementation milestones using Gainsight and Salesforce. 
    • Advocate for additional product innovation and new features through customer insights.

     

    WHAT YOU BRING (REQUIRED):

    • 3+ years of experience and success in customer success management or account management experience.
    • A proven track record of hitting and exceeding goals.
    • Bachelor's Degree required.

    WHAT WOULD BE AWESOME TO HAVE (PREFERRED):

    • Project Management experience a plus.
    • Nonprofit online fundraising experience a plus.
    • SaaS/Internet experience a plus.
