Classy is seeking a temp to perm Operations Analyst 1 to join our growing team! A great opportunity for someone who is passionate about the non-profit space, organized, collaborative by nature, exhibits strong attention to detail, and is looking to learn the operations side of an organization.  

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH:

• Support our Enterprise, Commercial, Inbound Channel Sales teams
• Construct impactful forward-thinking reports and dashboards to drive desired sales rep behavior
• Facilitate onboarding and offboarding procedures (round robin management,
• Account/Territory hygiene, dashboard/reporting updates, etc.)
• Assist Marketing with various Demand Generation tactics
• Act as first point of contact for all rep level inquiries
• Data Integrity
• Assist in deal desk operations
• Maintain Account hierarchy and Account family relationships
• Drive usage management of various integrations
• Proactively identify drive data hygiene projects

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or equivalent
• 6 months+ of Salesforce experience (preferred)
• 6 months+ of data entry experience
• Strives in a fast paced environment
• Willingness to work collaboratively and efficiently with various stakeholders
• High attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills self-starter
• Enjoys independent work
