Service Areas: Pottsville, Schuylkill Haven, Saint Clair, Minersville, Ashland, Girardville, Frackville, New Philadelphia, New Ringgold, Tamaqua, and nearby communities.
What You'll Be Doing
Meet with prospective clients and families to learn about their needs and recommend appropriate care services
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, caregivers, healthcare professionals, and community partners
Coordinate care plans and work closely with scheduling staff to ensure quality, dependable service
Conduct regular client follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and address any questions or concerns
Represent Comfort Keepers at community events, networking opportunities, and outreach activities
Maintain accurate client documentation and ensure records remain up to date
Partner with the office team to provide a smooth and positive experience from the first inquiry through ongoing care
Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and support continued growth
Serve as a trusted resource for families throughout their care journey
What Makes You a Great Fit
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized with excellent time management and follow-through
Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
Friendly, professional, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service
Comfortable using computers and standard office applications
Experience in healthcare, home care, customer service, scheduling, sales, or client coordination is preferred but not required
