About the Role:

As a Client Care Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a professional and knowledgeable experience. Your primary responsibilities will include converting Client Opportunity Calls into face-to-face Client Care Consultations and managing applicant interactions to schedule interviews for our branches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer phones quickly and professionally, providing exceptional customer service.
• Respond to leads and applicants via phone, email, and text promptly.
• Document necessary data into our software systems efficiently.
• Schedule Client Care Consultations and interviews for applicants.
• Conduct follow-up communications with leads and applicants.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and reports for supervisors.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
