At Caring Senior Service, we help seniors remain healthy, happy, and at home. As a Client Care Specialist (CCS), you are often the very first voice a family hears when they are seeking care for a loved one.
This is not simply answering phones — this is guiding families through important, sometimes emotional decisions and helping connect them to life-changing support.
If you are professional, organized, compassionate, and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment, we invite you to apply.
As a Client Care Specialist, you will:
Create a professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate first impression for families nationwide
Convert Client Opportunity Calls into scheduled Client Care Consultations
Respond promptly to incoming phone calls, internet leads, chats, texts, and emails
Schedule consultations and interviews efficiently
Communicate critical client and applicant information to branch teams
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in required systems, including Tendio
Perform structured follow-up to ensure no opportunity is missed
Support marketing initiatives and operational activities as assigned
You will serve as a key link between families seeking care and the branch teams delivering services.

Prompt response times (calls and activities within 10 minutes of scheduled time)
Accurate and timely data entry
Minimum of 25% of work time spent on calls
