Purpose-Driven Work That Makes an Immediate Impact

At Caring Senior Service, we help seniors remain healthy, happy, and at home. As a Client Care Specialist (CCS), you are often the very first voice a family hears when they are seeking care for a loved one.

This is not simply answering phones — this is guiding families through important, sometimes emotional decisions and helping connect them to life-changing support.

If you are professional, organized, compassionate, and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment, we invite you to apply.

    The Impact You'll Make

As a Client Care Specialist, you will:

    • Create a professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate first impression for families nationwide

    • Convert Client Opportunity Calls into scheduled Client Care Consultations

    • Respond promptly to incoming phone calls, internet leads, chats, texts, and emails

    • Schedule consultations and interviews efficiently

    • Communicate critical client and applicant information to branch teams

    • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in required systems, including Tendio

    • Perform structured follow-up to ensure no opportunity is missed

    • Support marketing initiatives and operational activities as assigned

You will serve as a key link between families seeking care and the branch teams delivering services.

    What Success Looks Like

This role operates in a high-volume, performance-based environment. Success includes:

    • Prompt response times (calls and activities within 10 minutes of scheduled time)

    • Accurate and timely data entry

    • Minimum of 25% of work time spent on calls

    • Consistent activity standards (minimum five calls and five documented activities per paid hour)

    • Professional, empathetic communication at all times

Top performers are proactive, responsive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused.

    Who Thrives Here

    The strongest candidates are:

    • Exceptional communicators (verbal and written)

    • Empathetic yet confident in guiding conversations

    • Highly organized and process-driven

    • Comfortable navigating multiple software systems

    • Skilled at active listening and assessing client safety concerns

    • Calm and focused in high-volume environments

    • Adaptable as systems and processes evolve

Experience in healthcare, intake coordination, scheduling, recruiting, call center, or administrative support is preferred but not required.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic medical terminology is beneficial.
