    External Client Care Coordinator

    Comfort Keepers is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Care Coordination Associate. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting clients and their families, ensuring care services are well-organized, responsive, and delivered with consistency and compassion across the community.

    This position is ideal for someone who enjoys meaningful work, strong communication, and being at the center of coordination that helps improve daily lives. You’ll be working closely with caregivers, families, and internal staff to keep care services running smoothly and effectively.

    Coverage Areas: Chambersburg, Shippensburg, Newville, Fayetteville, Waynesboro, Blue Ridge Summit, Fannettsburg, and nearby communities

    Key Responsibilities

    Serve as a reliable link between clients, families, caregivers, and office teams

    Manage and adjust caregiver schedules based on client needs and updates

    Help prepare and organize new client service setups from start to implementation

    Ensure timely communication across all parties to maintain service continuity

    Keep documentation, records, and care notes accurate and properly updated

    Address scheduling conflicts and service concerns with efficiency and care

    Work alongside staff to support daily operations and coordination flow

    Engage in outreach efforts to support community presence and caregiver connections

    Participate in planning discussions to improve service delivery and processes

    Provide general administrative and coordination support as needed

    Skills & Qualities Needed

    Strong interpersonal and communication abilities

    Highly organized with the ability to manage shifting priorities

    Comfortable using basic computer tools and office systems

    Calm and solution-focused when handling concerns or changes

    Dependable, professional, and attentive to detail
