    Physician Recruiter Bakersfield, CA, USA Administrative Clinica Sierra Vista currently operates comprehensive primary care community health centers in the rural and urban areas of Kern, Fresno, and Inyo Counties, located in California, encompassing several thousand square miles of farm land, desert, and mountain areas. Community health centers provide comprehensive primary and preventative health care, including medical, dental and behavioral health services, in areas where access to health care has historically been inadequate. Additionally, we operate multiple health education, prevention and case management programs providing a comprehensive array of health and human services. We serve primarily the low-income and uninsured population, including migrant farm workers, the homeless, and other special populations. Essential Functions: 1. Coordinate and plan for full-time and temporary provider needs with operations in Kern and Fresno 2. Develop leads and prospects via various marketing methods and modalities including technology platforms, career fairs, Internet, Universities/Residency Programs. 3. Establish and maintains a robust pipeline of viable, qualified and interested candidates. 4. Review prospective candidate qualifications for fit with open positions and credentialing with health plans. 5. Thorough understanding of MD and mid-level training, education and qualifications. 6. Effectively screen potential candidates for fit with organization, patient population and community. 7. Coordinate onsite visits for candidates including interviews with Senior Leadership, health center tours and community tours. 8. Draft and provide employment agreements and/or sign on bonus documents for candidates. 9. Follow up with candidates and/or agencies post visit for feedback and level of interest. 10. Promote CSV and the geographical area to candidates and agencies. 11. Develop and design effective ad copy for promotion and recruitment purposes including print, email, and Internet. 12. Assist providers with the processing of immigration and naturalization processes including J-1, H-1B and green card obtainment. 13. Ability to negotiate with candidates and agencies, creating a valuable offer package including benefits, pay for performance, sign-on bonuses, and cost of living. 14. Monitors contract expiration and works with providers to discuss terms of re-contracting. 15. Promotes positive relationships between Providers and the administrative team. 16. Serves as a physician concierge to help them navigate there way throughout their employment. 17. Checks in with providers and maintains relationship. Resolves issues that arise from these visits. 18. Travel as needed/necessary for recruitment purposes. Other Responsibilities: 1. Work with providers and follow up on requests for information regarding National Health Service Corp. scholars, loan repayors, etc. 2. Extensive knowledge of the areas CSV serves including housing and real estate costs, educational institutions, local economy, entertainment venues and outlets, demographics, geography, climate and cultural offerings. 3. Knowledge of outpatient day to day operations and workflow. 4. Some evenings and weekends required. Qualifications: 1. Minimum of BA/BS in Business Administration, Public Administration or Public Health required. Equivalent combination of experience and education will be considered. 2. Minimum of two years of professional experience in recruitment, preferably physician recruitment. 3. Experience in healthcare administration and financial management. 4.
