    We are searching for the best talent for Clinical Supplies Unit (CSU) Co-Op to be in Somerset, NJ.

    • The typical Co-op term is from January to July, 2026
    • Full time requirement (40 hours per week)

    Purpose:

    The Clinical Supplies Unit (CSU) group supports new clinical trial launches, daily order management, receiving, shipment and destruction of Johnson & Johnson Pharmaceuticals. The group also provides customer service support to internal and external business partners. The business is composed of 3 execution categories: Study Initiation, Study Maintenance, and Study Closure. The Distribution supports inbound and outbound order fulfillment for both domestic and international sites. CSU Co-op responsibilities will include performing daily and monthly analysis of inventory, productivity, and shipping data to monitor key performance metrics as well as leading monthly and quarterly cost reporting. CSU Co-op will be responsible for supporting new project initiatives for business process improvement and cost savings among both groups.

    You will be responsible for:

    Base Business:

    • Managing and improving an Op Co and Distribution Scorecard(s) metrics.
    • Order Management coverage.
    • Publication of Monthly CSU Tribune.
    • Monthly Metrics (CSU and Distribution).
    • Maintenance of CSU Milestone Tracker.
    • Formal/virtual tours.
    • Inventory Management.

    Prospective Projects for Co-op may include:

    • Costing Process Enhancements.
    • Eco Cooler Savings Tracking.
    • Streamlining of Ad-hoc Report Requests.
    • Improvements of CSU and DC dashboards, templates and metric analysis reporting.

    Qualifications / Requirements:

    • Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year at an accredited University is required.
    • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management, or related fields.
    • Have a cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher, which is reflective of all college coursework.
    • Intermediate Excel Knowledge.
    • Knowledge with systems as SAP, WMS, dashboard/metrics is highly desirable.
    • Strong data analysis skills.
    • Ability to professionally communicate with supervisors, team members, warehouse staff and colleagues.
    • Resourceful, independent, and strong initiative.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects/responsibilities at the same time.
    • Strong sense of urgency and time management skills.
    • Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future. Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually requires future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship.

    The expected pay range for this position is between $23.00 per hour and $51.50 per hour but will be based on candidate's program year, discipline, degree and/or experience. Co-Ops/Interns are eligible to participate in Company sponsored employee medical benefits in accordance with the terms of the plan. Co-Ops and Interns are eligible for the following sick time benefits: up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington, up to 56 hours per calendar year. Co-Ops and Interns are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension).
