The Team Leader will assist the Senior Supervisor with general supervision duties, including but not limited to training, performing room/area quality control inspections and surveys, coaching for improvement, and provide input for disciplinary action, performance appraisals and staff recognition. On weekends and holidays, and when the Senior Supervisor cannot be present; the Team Leader will be the department's liaison for the Senior Supervisor. Qualifications: High school diploma/GED. Two years experience with some supervisory experience. PREFERRED: Working knowledge of cleaning procedures, operation and maintenance of power equipment, and safety requirements necessary. Completion of two-year program sponsored by the National Housekeeping Executive Association.
