Applications will be available at the Local Office located at: 301 Pulaski Street, Syracuse, NY 13204 on Monday, June 4, 2018, from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm and thereafter on the first Monday of each month at the stated times. Qualifications: Age: Must be at least 18 years of age. Education: Must be a High School graduate or equivalent as recognized by local authorities.
