    We are searching for the best talent for Co-Op Technology Solutions, CAR-T to be in Raritan, NJ.

    • The typical Co-Op Fall term is from August, 2025 to January, 2026.
    • Full time requirement (40 hours per week).

    Purpose

    This Co-Op position resides on the Raritan MAKE Supply Chain Systems Team within J&J Advanced Therapies Supply Chain and works closely with our Technology Solutions Leader.

    A background and deep interest in Supply Chain Operational Strategy, ISA-95 Enterprise-Control System Integration and Automation Systems are key for a successful Co-Op experience. An excellent opportunity for students apply a combination of business, and technology systems knowledge within an operational pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.

    You will be responsible for:

    • Develop strategic release plans and roadmaps for Operational Technology automation deployed at our Raritan Site. Maintain alignment to business goals and objectives.
    • Support change control, ongoing continuous improvement projects and enhancements of business processes across our OT system landscape: MES, PIMS, DCS, DVS, and EMS.
    • Review and analyze data from execution systems within PowerBI dashboards to find opportunities to improve technology or process. Contribute new ideas and innovation.
    • Draft and update documents such as standard operating procedures, work instructions, training material, software test/qualification protocols, and technical design specifications.
    • Functional Collaboration with Execution Systems (OT), IT, Operations, MSAT, Facilities, Quality, and Digital/Data team members to consolidate user-stories and requirements.
    • Ensure compliance of your work to local / global governing procedures and the J&J Credo.

    Learning Outcomes

    • Exposure to Autologous Cell Therapy Manufacturing for Carvykti drug product.
    • OT Business Strategy Development and Short/Long-Term Technology Solutioning for CAR-T manufacturing systems and enterprise automation.
    • Knowledge of FDA Good Practices (GxP) and Data Integrity standards.
    • Insight into interconnected Multi-Functional Collaboration and Partner Management.

    Qualifications:

    • Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year at accredited University is required.
    • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s / Masters Degree in one of the following programs: MBA, Supply Chain Management, Electrical and Computer Engineering or Industrial Engineering. Related programs will be considered.
    • Minimum GPA of 2.8 is required.

    Requirements:

    • Demonstrate deep interest in supply chain technology business strategy for life sciences.
    • Experience with enterprise automation and/or control systems used for manufacturing.
    • Strong collaboration and communication skills with technical leadership capability.
    • Ability to assess opportunities, establish priorities, and act with sense of urgency.
    • Exceptional reading comprehension and technical writing skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and delivering presentations.

    Preferred:

    • Demonstrated leadership and participation in student programs and/or community service.
    • Previous Co-Op/Internship, Academic Research or Relevant Coursework / Experience.
    • Experience with data analytics, statistics, and/or visual dashboards for manufacturing data.

    Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future. Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually requires future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship.

    The expected pay range for this position is between $22.00 /hr and $51.50 /hr , but will be based on candidate's program year, discipline, degree and/or experience. This position is overtime eligible. Intern/Co-ops may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs such as medical insurance, sick time, holiday pay, and the Company’s consolidated retirement plan in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
