You’ll welcome guests, manage accounts, answer inquiries, and field complaints to ensure we deliver an excellent experience to every guest. Responsibilities: General bookkeeping: ensure all hotel guest account information is accurate and up-to-date Answer incoming calls and questions about guests’ needs in-person and online regarding room bookings, room rates, amenities, available rooms, rewards programs, and special requests Handle customer complaints as necessary Connect with the housekeeping department to ensure guest accommodations are ready Give every guest a warm welcome, check them in, and check them out when they leave, ensuring you provide correct keys and room numbers Qualifications: Has previous experience or working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry as a hotel front desk agent, hotel receptionist, or guest service specialist preferred High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations Displays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational skills, and customer service skills Compensation: $11.50 - $12 hourly
