    We are searching for the best talent for a Manager, Commercial Education – Trauma and Extremities to join our MedTech Orthopaedics team located in West Chester, PA.

    Purpose:

    As a Commercial Education Manager, Trauma & Extremities, you will be responsible for the design, development and execution of training for the sales organization aligned to the global learning strategy and in support of business needs. You will work with Global Education, Regional Marketing, Global Strategic Marketing, Sales Leadership, Healthcare Compliance and other functional partners to design and deliver educational programs to elevate the competency of the sales organization aligned with the company policies and strategies. Your key focus will be leading new hires through on-boarding and training in our diverse product portfolio. Other key responsibilities will involve the development of training content that can be leveraged around the globe to educate our field sales organization on our product portfolio.

    You will be responsible for:

    · Lead the collaboration with Global Education Solutions, Regional Marketing, Global Strategic Marketing, and other functional leaders to develop and implement educational content / programs in support of Trauma & Extremities business objectives.

    · Understand and apply adult learning principals in all learning content / programs.

    · Lead the creation and delivery of learning materials in a variety of formats, including live, virtual and self-guided formats aligned with our learning strategy.

    · Utilize a variety of learning technologies / methodologies to best educate the sales organization.

    · Work with external vendors where necessary to supplement content creation efforts.

    · Provide mentorship and people management over new Sales training representatives who rotate through the Commercial Education team.

    · Maintain accurate records on spend and manage to a department budget.

    Qualifications / Requirements:

    Education:

    · A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree

    Required Skills & Experience:

    · Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in Sales, Marketing, Education or equivalent customer-facing role

    · Excellent written and oral communication skills

    · Proven ability to successfully lead instruction in a live course and/or training setting

    Preferred Skills & Experience:

    · Successful sales experience in the Trauma & Extremities space

    · Experience developing and delivering training on technical topics

    · Medical writing skills

    · Educated in adult learning concepts/theory

    · Proficient in PPT, XLS, Articulate Storyline, Video Editing Software, other content authoring tools

    Other:

    · This position will be in West Chester, PA and will require the candidate to reside within 1 hour driving distance from the West Chester, PA office

    · This position may require up to 10 % domestic and international travel
