Home Care Consultant - Community Outreach & Referral Specialist | Full-Time

At Caring Senior Service of Phoenix North , we help seniors maintain independence by providing compassionate, non-medical in-home care. As a new and growing agency , we're building a passionate, mission-driven team—and we're looking for someone who thrives on connection, purpose, and community impact.
What You'll Do:
As our Home Care Consultant , you will be connecting families in need with the services we offer and ensuring seniors can remain safe and happy at home.
- Develop and lead outreach strategies to generate new referrals
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with hospitals, senior centers, rehab facilities, and other partners
- Represent our agency at health fairs, networking groups, and community events
- Track leads, interactions, and outcomes in our CRM system
- Coordinate with care staff to ensure a seamless experience for every client
- Consistently meet or exceed referral and growth targets
✅ What We Are Looking For:
- Experience in sales, outreach, or business development , ideally in healthcare, senior services, or home care
- Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of senior care and/or home care is a plus
- Professional, driven, and motivated by meaningful work
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Willingness to travel across the service area
Compensation & Perks:
- Salary: Starting at $45,000 per year
- Benefits Include:
