As we continue to grow across Georgetown, Killeen, Belton, and Temple , we're looking for a high-energy Community Outreach & Referral Specialist to expand our local presence and build trusted referral partnerships.

What You'll Do:

As the face of our agency in the community, you will:

• Develop and execute strategic outreach plans that generate consistent, high-quality referrals
• Build strong relationships with hospitals, rehab facilities, physician offices, senior centers, assisted living communities, and local organizations
• Represent the agency at networking events, health fairs, and community engagements
• Track referral activity and growth metrics in our CRM
• Collaborate with our care team to ensure a seamless, exceptional client experience
• Meet and exceed referral and growth goals

• Has experience in healthcare sales, home health, hospice, senior living, or medical outreach

Requirements:

• Experience in healthcare sales, outreach, business development, or community relations
• Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
• Willingness to travel throughout Georgetown, Killeen, Belton, and Temple
• Strong organizational skills and follow-through
