What You'll Do:

• Develop & Execute Sales Strategies: Identify opportunities, qualify leads, and convert prospects into loyal clients

• Build Trusted Referral Networks: Engage physicians, hospitals, rehab centers, and senior organizations

• Represent Us in the Community: Attend events, host presentations, and act as a local brand ambassador

• Support Seamless Client Onboarding: Work closely with the care coordination team to ensure smooth transitions

• Track Metrics & Outcomes: Maintain accurate sales logs and monthly performance goals

What You Bring:

• Proven success in sales, outreach, or referral development (preferably in home care, hospice, or healthcare)

• Strong knowledge of senior care services and industry best practices
