    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    This internship will have the opportunity to work on cross-functional projects focusing on:

    • Introduction to a formal Compliance Program, including its structure and related policies and procedures, and how Legal, Compliance & Regulatory Affairs (LCRA) interacts across the Insurance Solutions business and senior leadership to align business accountability for and oversight of compliance
    • The regulatory environment and how we ensure compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements
    • Providing support for state filings, advertising copy reviews, agent distribution, inquiries, etc.
    • Providing support to Fraud, Waste, and Abuse team with claim / provider reviews
    • Providing support to Vendor Oversight team with vendor performance reviews and remediation
  • Qualifications

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree from an accredited college / university during the duration of the internship. Internships are not intended for graduating seniors
    • Minimum 3.00 cumulative GPA
    • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization (F-1 students with practical training and candidates requiring H-1Bs, TNs, etc. will not be considered)

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, risk management or another related field
    • Rising Junior or Senior
    • Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
