    SHIFT:  6:30am-3:00pm / Monday - Friday (Overtime and weekends as needed)

     

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    • Provide daily oversight of warehouse inventory integrity
    • Verify accuracy of product in locations daily versus the quantities in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
    • Investigate, analyze, report and correct discrepancies found by physically counting product as required by outlined protocols
    • Maintain and distribute accuracy reports on inventory
    • Investigate inbound vendor shipment variances when requested
    • Ensures that inventory counts are completed regularly and in a timely manner
    • Trains and assists others with cycle counting as needed
    • Identifies issues and opportunities to help improve inventory accuracy and warehouse processes
    • Initiate cycle count program for specific or special cycle count project
    • Complete and report variances to Leadership for approvals
    • Ability to correctly determine damages and process from the system
    • Train additional Inventory Control associates on cycle counting functional and Standard Operations Procedures.
    • Ability to lead a team to ensure inventory accuracy throughout the warehouse
    • Communicate effectively within the organization
    • Other job duties as assigned by leadership

     

    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: 

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Must have 2+ years of Inventory Control experience in a warehouse environment
    • Possess good judgement and decision-making ability in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent math aptitude and extremely detail oriented
    • Prior experience using: Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
    • Experience with MAPICS, JDE, and AS400 and RF Units preferred
    • Ability to work efficiently with minimum supervision and carry out broad range of assignments, suggest improvements and manage multiple tasks
    • Ability to drive material handling equipment and climb ladders

    Essential Functions

    CUSTOMER SERVICES:

    • Welcoming patients and visitors.
    • Answering and referring inquiries within scope of practice.
    • Telephone: Answers telephone, processes call, and document appropriately within medical records. Returns all messages in a timely manner.
    • Maintains communication between medical staff, administrative staff, and/or patient/families.

    CLINICAL SERVICES:

    • Maintains and updates medical records.
    • Appointment Scheduling.
    • Facilitates medical requests, to include but not limited to, refill requests, work / school notes, and form completion.
    • Scans and uploads patient clinical documents into medical chart.
    • Process and coordinates all medical provider orders to include but not limited to, diagnostic, referral, pharmaceutical and surgical services.
    • Reviews daily provider schedule and ensure all supplies and medical records are ready for patient and provider encounters.
    • As directed by medical provider and within scope of practice, provide patient education.

    ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES:

    • Ensures all equipment in exams and surgical rooms are clean and properly set up.
    • Contributes to the overall cleanliness and appearance of personal work space and department.
    • Monitors clinical supply levels in exam rooms and stock room and requests when needed.
    • Maintains all clinical equipment. Evaluates all equipment for damage or maintenance needs and reports when needed.
